Maybe also Exile? I haven't played it but the hero is some psycho drug addict assassin or some shit like that. If it let you position your guys in combat it would have been a lot better. Lunar was almost pretty acceptable, I played it recently and finished it, which means I liked it as much as any other JRPG ever anyway. Shit takes fucking ages because of the combat animations though, just tell me how my sword rips a cunt whole in the orc's brains and let me get on with it for fuck's sake. Shining Force is OK, I quite like how elegant it is compared to later SJRPGs.

As far as god games go, Mega-Lo-Mania got a pretty decent port, although it didn't have all the voices and shit. I mean it's pretty funny playing it and seeing how stink a PC interface is on a console (instead of the other way around like what it is now) but if you have a cursor you need a mouse, let's be honest. Fuck bro, the Populous port was shit-tacular.
